Wow what a concept, people who are different than me (a Muslim, Rastafarian and African American) can create music I am able to relate to and enjoy! Is this a great world or what??

Just to let you know, aside from their Hispanic heritage and religious beliefs Jerry Garcia and Santana also have some great stuff.

I never knew the Carly Simon song "Anticipation" was about preparing for her first date with Cat

The interview I heard with Carly she mentioned that the song you're so Vein "could" be about Beatty but would not fess to it. She then was asked about Anticipation and mentioned her date with Cat. She really went on to say that he was voice of a generation and that we need more writers like him.
